This is the first time we've offered online bidding for the flooring auctions. Bidding will be per square foot and you will be able to choose from pre determined quantites at that price. We will be letting you know the total square feet available to you prior to the auction that you will be able choose: all, 1/2 or 3/4. Example: Golden Oak Solid Hardwood Flooring 1208sqft available. You will be able to choose: 604sqft or 906sqft or 1208sqft. You pay the amount per square foot bid multiplied by the number of square feet you choose plus the buyers premium and HST. Some lots will be *must take all - the square feet will be noted and no choice will be given to the highest bidder.
