Bishop's Restaurant, a Vancouver icon for over thirty years is closing, top quality commercial kitchen equipment and rare finds all sold to the highest bidder.
Duck Press – It is from the 21 Club in New York. It was made in France in 1920 by Christoffel. I acquired it in 1985 from a very well known local family in Vancouver, along with the original framed recipe. The press is beautifully engraved with the iconic gates and the name Jack and Charles 21. A similar press engraved recently sold at Sotheby’s for $26,000.00 Cad.
Silver cloches – This a set of 5 early classic high cuisine silver plate pieces. They were purchased from Murray’s Silver shop in the early 90’s. I was planning on installing them as a unique wall display at Bishops
Outside Planters - Capital Garden Products faux lead fibreglass planters made in the UK. Lightweight and durable, these planters have full depth for sustaining large shrubs and small trees. Comes with plants, custom made iron trellis supports, and a sprinkler system.

Ice Buckets and Stands – were made by Morton-Parker, Canada EPNS (electroplated nickel silver), there are heavy and very good quality. They have gadrooned edges.
Cream and Sugar sets – Exquisitely made by the renowned Swiss company, Beard – silver hotel plate
Silver Cutlery – Made in Italy, very heavy silver plated, beautifully designed
Candle holders– 6 Sterling silver candle holders, originally purchased at Birks
