We do not provide shipping or assist you with packing or moving. Please bring help, tools and supplies you may need. For shipping we recommend JIFFY MOVE 778-397-6683

Payment Details:
Payment is due in full today. If you authorize us via email or calling 604-881-2253 we can directly charge your Visa or MC on file.For e-transfers please email them to payment@ableauctions.ca Due to social distancing, we will not be taking in person payments. To reduce the amount of people in the building at one time we ask you call to book a time slot for pick up.
*Payment is online only - We can charge your cc on file for purchases under $999 or etransfer
Above $999 we will need to have an e transfer, wire or direct deposit.
*Pick up is by appointment. - If you're bidding online for the first time, please sign up for an account at least 1 business day before the auction.
-In an effort alleviate the current health concerns of public gatherings; Able Auctions encourages you to bid online at our upcoming auctions. At our locations we will have hand sanitizer available and sanitation of all counters with disinfectant regularly.
We will expedite online approvals for first time online bidders (please ensure all your details match – credit card matches first & last name etc.) to ensure maximum participation. You can also pay online with Etransfer or a Visa or MC you register with your account – to expedite the pick up process.
- For this auction and future auctions we are insisting on Online Payment. This can be done by a credit card on file, or E-transfer. Purchases over $999 must be paid with Etransfer, Wire or Direct Deposit. If you are successful at the auction on TUESDAY you will receive an invoice via email. The invoice will have details for sending an e-transfer. If you would prefer to use your credit card on file, please respond to the emailed invoice with an email requesting we charge your credit card or call us at 604.881.2253 and let us know to charge the credit card on file. If you would like to use a different credit card you can add it to your profile and make it your preferred payment method.
- This will allow your pick up to be quick. We will have a paid invoice ready for you. Pick up is FRIDAY & SATURDAY between 9:00am and 4:00pm.by appointment. After that there will be a storage fee of $50.00 per item per day.
- our staff do not assist you in loading - please bring help if you need it and any boxes etc, there is no forklift, pallet jacks or carts for moving. Please bring your own supplies

Live auctions will be subject to a 17% buyers premium (unless otherwise noted).
Online bidding during the Live Auction is a fast process, and therefore there is no confirmation given - bids will be taken immediately and are irrevocable.
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser upon the completion of bid verification. Bid verification will commence upon the conclusion of a live auction. All winning bidders shall be notified by email within the 2 hours of the auctions conclusion.
No bidder shall retract their bid. In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders, the auctioneer, at his sole discretion may put the lot up for resale to the highest bidder.
A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.
Able Solutions. Inc DBA Ableauctions.ca assumes no responsibility for any liability once a bid is accepted. It is recommended that purchasers arrange insurance for their purchases in advance.
Except as set out herein, there shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature.
Please take advantage of in person preview as all items are sold "As Is, Where Is" - catalogues are prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated by any reason or defect or inaccuracy of description in catalogue or otherwise, and no liability shall be borne by the auctioneers by virtue of any such fault or error. All sales final.
Attendance at the auction, preview, or removal by bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Able Solutions Inc. assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.
All lots must be paid for on day of sale by direct deposit, PayPal or credit card online only. Internet bidders payment is due in full by the end of the Auction by 4:00pm on Auction day.
All applicable excise and sales taxes shall be added to the purchase price.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, Able Solutions Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Able Solutions Inc. shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Able Solutions Inc. will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
