BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS AUCTION, THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ALAIR HOMES, THE OWNER OF THE CARRIAGE HOUSE SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE PROVIDER FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CARRIAGE HOUSE AND
THAT THE COST ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SERVICES IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BUYER’S BID.
Payment Details:
Alair Homes will collect the Total Purchase Price from the Buyer. The Buyer shall pay the Total Purchase Price directly to Alair Homes and shall, within three (3) business days from the time the Buyer is contacted by the Sponsors, (i) meet with Alair Homes, (ii) sign an agreement of purchase and sale furnished by Alair Homes, and (iii) make all necessary arrangements for payment of the Total Purchase Price and delivery of the Carriage
House with Alair Homes.
