HULK #1 Apparent VF/NM 9.0 - Extensive Professional Restoration
* Here it is.. the Single Hardest Key Issue from the Marvel Silver Age of Comics to find in HIGH GRADE!
* HULK # 1 rarely comes to auction in HIGH GRADE, restored or not.
* In fact, of the 906 copies on the CGC Census only 15 have graded at VF/NM 9.0, 9 Universal & 6 Restored.
* Comiclink - Internet comics auction house sold a 9.0 Hulk #1 in October 2012 for $120,000.
* The last 9.0 recorded sale on the GPA comics price tracking website of actual sales was $100,000 in November of 2009.
* The average recorded prices generated from Extensive Professional Restored main key books is 20 to 40% of the unrestored price.
This is a genuinely rare opportunity for the collector or investor to acquire a *High grade Hulk #1*. One of the nicer copies on the planet, this book rarely comes to market in this type of outstanding condition.

The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, Ableauctions.com, Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Ableauctions.com, Inc. shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Ableauctions.com, Inc. will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
