Bidding Terms & Tips:
Preview:
Unless stated items are not tested, each auction will have a preview date where you can come to our location and test and view the items.
**Please note that the Live Auction is no longer accessible through your Smart Phone to access the Live Auction you will have to log on through a Computer**
Payment information:
17% Buyers Premium plus GST 5% and PST 7% is charged on top of your bid price
Payment is online only.
If the total invoice is under $999 it can be charged to your CC online with your permission, please call the location you are bidding at (we will not charge the card without speaking to you first) *Please note we will need to have a verbal confirmation of the last 4 digits of your credit card to process*
If the invoice is over $999 it will need to be paid by Etransfer, Wire or Direct Deposit.
Pickup:
Pickup is done by appointment; this will allow your pickup to be quick. We will have a paid invoice ready for you onsite. Any rebooking or time changes must be made through the office. Please show up at your appointment time, your items will not be ready prior to the time you have booked.
If you are sending a friend or third party please let us know at the time of booking, security will not release items to another person unless noted on your invoice.
Pickup times vary based on location/auction, always check the dates for each.
For Larger items please bring any help or tools needed. Our staff cannot assist you with physical labour in loading. We can load your items requiring a forklift once a waiver has been signed at our 3 regular locations.
For smaller or delicate items please bring boxes or packaging you may need. We do not have these items onsite.
- All items must be removed by next Monbday following the auction @ 4:30pm by appointment.
