One 14kt yellow gold Diamond solitaire design pendant.
The pendant is made in a classic four claw design with a bunny ear bail
and is set with:
One (1) round brilliant cut diamond, approx. weight 0.22 carat
diameter 3.93 mm. graded mounted: clarity I 1, colour I, cut good
The pendant weighs 0.50 gram.

One 14kt yellow gold and rhodium finish bar and ball link chain. The chain weighs 1.40 gram and is 40 cm long. Consisting of 1.05 mm wide links. The chain closes with a spring ring.

The pendant weighs 1.70 gram. The pendant is marked R (Ragnar) 14k.

The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.

All lots must be paid for on day of sale by certified cheque, cash or credit card where acceptable. Internet bidders shall have within 24 hours upon receipt of their email notification to pay for their items.

The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, Ableauctions.com, Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Ableauctions.com, Inc. shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Ableauctions.com, Inc. will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
