One 14kt yellow gold natural pink Sapphire and Diamond set
ladies dress ring. The ring is made in an oval shaped sculpted cluster design
of 10.40 x 13.10 mm. and is channel set in the curved petals with three (3) baguette cut diamonds in each petal. The ring is channel set with a total of:
a. Eighteen (18) baguette cut diamonds, total weight approx. 0.25 carat
1 x 1.60 mm. graded mounted: clarity SI 1, colour H, cut good
The four claw centre setting holds:
b. One (1) oval mixed cut natural pink Sapphire, approx. weight 0.55 carat
measurements: 4.50 x 5.90 mm.

The pendant is made in an oval shaped wreath design of 24 x 16 mm. The oval shaped outside frame is all around claw set with a total of:
a. Thirty five (35) round mixed cut orange Sapphires, diameter 1.50 mm.
colour: medium dark orange – red. The stones are indentified by visual examination only as the small size and setting do not allow for testing.
The Sapphires are enhanced by heat, irradiation and/ or diffusion. clarity: good, cut: good The centre frame has a rhodium finish and is four claw set with:

The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, Ableauctions.com, Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Ableauctions.com, Inc. shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Ableauctions.com, Inc. will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
