(29) One 14kt yellow gold and white gold Diamond set necklace.
The necklace is made in a contemporary design and has a herring bone link body of 3 mm wide polished links and an attached fan design pendant of 18 x 20 mm.
The pendant has a fluted design with three white gold bars, which are pave set with vertical rows of round brilliant cut diamonds. The pendant is pave set with
a total of:
Nineteen (19) round brilliant cut diamonds, total weight approx. 0.58 carat
diameter 1.55 – 2.40 mm.

All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, Ableauctions.com, Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Ableauctions.com, Inc. shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Ableauctions.com, Inc. will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
