One ladies 10kt yellow gold and rhodium finish Diamond set
dress ring. The ring is made in a marquise shaped cluster design of 20 x 14 mm.
The ring has a yellow gold body with a rhodium finish on the marquise floral petals. The ring is bead set with a total of:
Twenty two (22) single cut diamonds, total weight approx. 0.12 carat
diameter 1.05 mm. Graded mounted: SI 2 and I 1, colour I, cut medium
The ring has a round shank and weighs 3.40 grams.

The ring is made in a round shaped cluster design and is 8.90 mm wide.
The ring has a yellow gold body with wrap around shoulders, which are bead set
with one (1) single cut diamond on each side of the cluster centre.
The ring is claw and bead set with a total of:
a. Ten (10) single cut diamonds, total weight approx. 0.05 carat
Graded mounted: clarity SI 2, colour I, cut medium

The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, Ableauctions.com, Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Ableauctions.com, Inc. shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Ableauctions.com, Inc. will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
