(42) One ladies 14kt yellow gold and rhodium finish natural Ruby and
Diamond set dress ring. The ring is made in a bold and Art Deco inspired pave set design and is 12.50 mm wide. The ring has a yellow gold body with rhodium finish surfaces, accented by mille grain border. The ring is pave set with a total of:
a. Seventy seven (77) round brilliant cut diamonds,
total weight approx. 1.15 carat diameter 1.40 – 1.55 mm.
Graded mounted: clarity I 1 – I 2, colour I – J, cut good
b. Ten (10) baguette cut natural Rubies, total weight approx. 0.60 carat
measurements: 2 x 2.90 mm

The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, Ableauctions.com, Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Ableauctions.com, Inc. shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Ableauctions.com, Inc. will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
