One ladies 18kt white gold fancy Champagne-brown and near colourless
Diamond set dress ring. The ring is made in an Art Deco inspired square shaped cluster design of 10.80 x 10.75 mm and features a four claw set cut cornered
princess cut fancy colour Diamond, surrounded by a wreath of twenty four (24)
round brilliant cut diamonds. The shoulders are pave set with three (3) round brilliant cut diamonds and claw set with one (1) baguette cut diamond on each side of the centre cluster. The sides of the shoulders and basket setting are pave set with round brilliant cut diamond. The ring is pave set with a total of:
a. Sixty six (66) round brilliant cut diamonds, total weight approx. 0.80 carat
diameter 1.30 mm to 2 mm.
Graded mounted: clarity VS 2 – SI 1, colour G, cut good
The shoulders are claw set with:

The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, Ableauctions.com, Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Ableauctions.com, Inc. shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Ableauctions.com, Inc. will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
