One ladies 18kt yellow gold wedding ring, weighing 4.30 gram
The ring is 5 mm wide and has an all around floral design.
One custom made oval shaped natural Shell Cameo brooch with a 10kt yellow gold wire frame. The brooch is claw set with an oval shaped carved Shell Cameo, measurements: 37 x 26 mm. Carved in a design of a water scene with a boat and mountains. The brooch has a hook clasp and weighs 7.20 gram.
One 14kt yellow gold and white fresh water cultured pearl pendant.
The pendant has a scroll top and holds an oval shaped white fresh water cultured pearl of 8.10 x 8.70 mm. The pendant weighs 1.50 gram.
One 14kt yellow gold and white gold Italian made bar and ball link chain.
Weighing 1.90 gram. The chain consists of 1.10 mm thick links and closes with a spring ring. The links have a rhodium finish.

The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.

The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, Ableauctions.com, Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Ableauctions.com, Inc. shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Ableauctions.com, Inc. will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
