Vehicle Auction (Session 2): no credit card payments - cash, debit, certified funds only. You must transfer title of the vehicle - insurance agents are on hand to do this as well as any insurance need you have - they will be available on Saturday & Monday.
All other auction items can be paid for in person with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash or Debit. If you cannot pay in person you must wire transfer the funds. Please contact us for details 604.881.2253.

Live auctions will be subject to a 15% buyers premium or in the case of vehicles either a 15% buyers premium or a Flat Fee (bids under $2500 the flat fee is $100, bids over $2500 the flat fee is $175). Each of the vehicles has a notation indicating either 15% or Flat Fee. Auction price plus the fees or % are subject to HST.
Due to the value and variables involved in purchasing a vehicle it is very important to note that the bids are non-retractable. We are only able to give you the information we have and the best pictures we can obtain; however, we do not inspect the vehicles ourselves and make no claim on their condition.
Online bidding during the Live Auction is a fast process, and therefore there is no confirmation given - bids will be taken immediately and are irrevocable.
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser upon the completion of bid verification. Bid verification will commence upon the conclusion of a live auction and may last 24 hours. All winning bidders shall be notified by email within the 24 hour bid verification period.
No bidder shall retract their bid. In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders, the auctioneer, at his sole discretion may put the lot up for resale to the highest bidder.
A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.

Except as set out herein, there shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature.
Please take advantage of in person preview as all items are sold "As Is, Where Is" - catalogues are prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated by any reason or defect or inaccuracy of description in catalogue or otherwise, and no liability shall be borne by the auctioneers by virtue of any such fault or error. All sales final.
Attendance at the auction, preview, or removal by bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Able Solutions Inc. assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.
All lots must be paid for on day of sale by certified cheque, cash or credit card where acceptable (not for vehicles - cash/debit/certified chq only for vehicles). Internet bidders shall have within 24 hours upon receipt of their email notification to pay for their items.
All applicable excise and sales taxes shall be added to the purchase price.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, Able Solutions Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Able Solutions Inc. shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. Able Solutions Inc. will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
