Able Auctions is pleased to announce the upcoming auction of the complete contents of the renowned Beach House restaurant in Saanich. Every item is in exceptional condition & boasts a level of cleanliness that surpasses any other restaurant I have worked with.

The auction includes two complete commercial kitchens, featuring a Moretti pizza oven, Conti espresso maker, dishwashers, grills, ovens, two portable draft beer coolers, a draft Prosecco cooler, a walk-in cooler, & indoor/outdoor tables & chairs for hundreds. Additionally, prep tables, 10 & 20 qt mixers, catering & banquet supplies, several upright fridges & freezers, a draft beer dispensing system & more will be available.

All items included in the sale are in working order & have been tested, but have been disconnected prior to preview & sale.

We invite you to attend the preview & sale to see these exceptional items for yourself.

Parking is located ACROSS the road from the restaurant 5109 Cordova Bay Road, Victoria BC (there is virtually no parking in front).

Preview:
Unless stated items are not tested, each auction will have a preview date where you can come to our location and test and view the items.

**Please note that the Live Auction is no longer accessible through your Smart Phone to access the Live Auction you will have to log on through a Computer**
20% Buyers Premium plus GST 5% and PST 7% is charged on top of your bid price
Payment is online only.
If the total invoice is under $999 it can be charged to your CC online with your permission, *Please note we will need to have a verbal confirmation of the last 4 digits of your credit card to process the payment* please call the location you are bidding at (we will not charge the card without speaking to you first)
If the invoice is over $999 it will need to be paid by Etransfer, Wire or Direct Deposit.
Pickup:
Pickup is done by appointment; this will allow your pickup to be quick. We will have a paid invoice ready for you onsite. Any rebooking or time changes must be made through the office. Please show up at your appointment time, your items will not be ready prior to the time you have booked.
If you are sending a friend or third party please let us know at the time of booking, security will not release items to another person unless noted on your invoice.
Pickup times vary based on location/auction, always check the dates for each.
For Larger items please bring any help or tools needed. Our staff cannot assist you with physical labour in loading.
For smaller or delicate items please bring boxes or packaging you may need. We do not have these items onsite.
